3D embossing adds depth, texture, and a distinctive tactile quality to leather. With controlled heat and pressure, we can create raised patterns, logos, textures, and custom surface details on natural vegetable-tanned leather.
How 3D Embossing Works
01 — Custom Embossing Die
Custom embossing dies are precision-machined from aluminum using CNC equipment, based on the customer’s artwork or pattern.
02 — Heat & Pressure
The leather is pressed against the mold under controlled heat and pressure. Our standard embossing process uses approximately 140°C and 5 tons of pressure to create consistent, well-defined impressions on natural vegetable-tanned leather.
03 — A Raised Surface
The combination of heat, pressure, and natural leather characteristics creates a raised pattern with visible depth and a tactile surface.
3D Embossing Samples
From geometric patterns and decorative motifs to logos and custom artwork, different molds can create a wide range of textures and visual effects.

Each pattern can be developed and tested on leather before moving into production.
